Hacking M3 Perfect LITE not loading DS games

I just bought a M3 Perfect LITE (micro-SD) with a passcard and I cant seem to play DS games.

Everything else works, the GBA, NES and SNES games.

But for some reason, DS games fail to load, all I get is:

Load NDS Game for M3
Game loading...
the red bar fills and when its complete, its like it freezes

Also, when I restart, I get this message:
Tetris.nds
Warning! NDS GAME SAVE in card but CANNOT find AUTOSAVE backup file
Backup fail! Press A to continue.

I'm wondering if its related

Maybe I put the wrong files on the SD...
I just don't know anymore.

Help!

I'm guessing you have run the roms through the Gamemanager (it creates save files IIRC)

EDIT: I had a similar problem with GBA games (backup save error), but I'm assuming it will be fixed if I ran them through the gamemanager.

The gamemanager... what is that?

Eh.. The M3 GameManager? It's like the compulsory software to run games on the M3. There is an M3 sticky in the guides section written by Costello. It's a bit old, but the concept is the same.

you cant drag-and-drop nds games, you must use the manager available here

I'll take the old manager from the CD since the downloads on the link dont work.
