Hacking M3 Perfect Lite & Game Saves

I'm about to purchase the M3 Perfect Lite from Gameyeeeah.com but before I do I've got a simple question. If I play backup .nds games will it allow me to save my games to the MicroSD card or will I need donor carts or something similar?

It saves to the MicroSD upon reboot of the flashcart =D (In the meanwhile it's kept in the onboard battery powered RAM)
