Gaming M3 : Emerald to Platinum

Ok so, I have a M3 REAL with Sakura 1.40 and a GBA Expansion Pack
I want to get a pokemon of my Emerald version to my Platinum version (2 roms)
It is possible ? I want to do that the GBA expansion pack is my Emerald rom and I start the Platinum one normally... Can it work ? How can I do ?

Go on to options (slide to the right when selecting Pokemon Platinum)
Click on link GBA rom (something like that) at the top,
choose your emerald rom,
enjoy

.. though i havn't tryed this, so i dont know if it works.
Because i have FireRed on GBA so i did that normally as other people would do

Do you know how to use cheats on my M3 REAL for Pokemon Emeraude (F)
I tried this, but it's in chinese, I can't know what is what.
I find some cheats (here for example), but I don't know how to use them !
Can you help me ?
