Just found this old card while clearing attic...It is a fake by the looks of the name at bottom of card...I have tried quite a few firmwares but just get the red card with menu icon each time.
Anybody know any firmware that will work with it?

This is a fake M3 DS Real, seems like it is using some DSTT based firmware.

Unfortunately I don't know exactly what it boots from.

You'll want YSMenu from here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/retrogamefan-updates-releases.267243

My guess is that it is using the `DSTTi-Clone YSMenu` folder, and you need to make a copy of TTMenu.dat and rename it to `M3i.dat`. I am not too certain.

ok Just tried that and same result also tried a few other clones in there with no luck, still red card with menu

Update just got it working with this ( M3Adatptes English.zip 4.5 MB ) from linfox domain...thanks for help guys

Looks like I overshot a little... The boot file is m3.dat, with the same instructions for YSMenu as above.

If you're happy with the current kernel I guess it's fine, but it looks super out of date and probably lacks many compatibility updates. Try YSMenu again with m3.dat instead and see.

Is this one more up to date? DSTT_Menu_v1.17_English.zip..
tried it and renamed TTMENU.DAT to m3.dat...and it also works

No. The GBATemp post I sent is the latest one. (It shouldn't even be uploaded anywhere else...)

Just sticking with M3Adatptes English.zip, its ok and with this card it can take 8gb micro sd card...thanks

Update tried a 32gb micro sd card with M3Adatptes English.zip sticks on loading. So tried it with
DSTT_Menu_v1.17_English.zip and it worked so changed it to that.
