Hacking M3 Adapter SD , saving

How do you save the files? like real time saving, if you can help me, it would be very apreciated

what buttons do i press?

EDIT: i just brought the adapter today, and i cant load the disk so i am really clueless

nds games do save like an original card would, gba games too. quicksave for gba games is a+b+x+y+l+r
