Homebrew Luma3DS-dev doesn't boot

I have updated to the latest version of Luma3DS developer edition, but it freezes on booting. The latest regular edition works, but I need to use the developer functions.
I have went through the troubleshooting steps, and it still doesn't boot, just freezes.

I have an old3DS with an ancient screen-init A9LH installation with an updated SysNAND on version 11.0

Oh... I just want UNITINFO to work. I used it when Dev Mode first came out. Now it doesn't work.
