There doesn't seem to be any problems aside from a few access points to hbl.
If you have a9lh, there isn't any problems with updating to 11.1.

if you are running the newest luma3ds, you can just update your 3ds firmware.
How do I know its latest? Last time I installed luma was 2or3months ago I guess
