ROM Hack Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon NTR plugins?

The few plugins I could find for Dark Moon have minimal features, usually just infinite items or gold. Is there an expanded plugin with more cheats, like speed hacks or walking through walls? The Luigi's Mansion 1 3DS port has a whole slew of cheats including both of those, so I was hoping if the same exists for Dark Moon.
