Did anyone else noticed that FPS drop in pokemon fight while in full 3d mode?
It happens especially while executing some attacks such as fire move...

Completely normal, and happens on New 3DS too. I've heard using NTR to force 804MHz helps a little bit, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was still below 60 FPS in 3D mode.

Yeah, the framerate optimization in ORAS and XY is pretty garbage. Everything runs much faster in 2D, and even then, attacks with long animations make the framerate chug. The only real solution is to use HANS or NTR on an N3DS to run the games at a higher clock rate, but that doesn't help much either.

More than likely, the games were made so that they work great on the New 3DS, while being acceptable on the Old 3DS.
Since I don't have a New 3DS, I wouldn't know for sure.
No Pokemon 3DS games are optimized for the N3DS. You have to manually change the clock speed.
