ROM Hack Love Plus patch apply help

Hello!

I cant apply the patch for Love plus..

I have LovePlusV02_20110209.patch
I have Love_plus.nds rom
I have xDelta GUI application
I have xDelta application

in a directory, run xdelta gui choose patch/open choose rom/open i click apply patch and nothing happens
i wait 5 min 10min and nothing, i try download a different xdelta,but the problem still exist.

I have winxp, im administrator.

Can you help me?

*EDIT: I can apply patch now,i dont understand what was the problem,i repeat the method a half hour later with
a same xdelta,and voilá it's patched.
