yes thats what hakate say "rawnand.bin.05 missing" u mean "rawnand.bin.00"? I dont have any other backup i delete everything

If you dont have any backup you may be SOL. I dont believe there is a way to recover prodinfo without a backup. Tho i have heard of building the files using some software but i dunno anything about it personally.

EDIT: @pcwizard7 beat me to it.

I have no idea how to rebuild a NAND from scratch. I wasnt even sure if it could even be done. I'm the type of person to do monthly backups. XD

i just rebuild the nand but still dont have my serial number back

prodinfo can not be rebuilt why i said to try mount the main file of the backup or check sd card files/enunand for a backup of it

otherwise, it can not be recoved

Plus a split backup has 7 parts = 29.1 GB

if you delete the backup file another option is use recovery software to try and see if it can be recovered

EDIT. How it go?
u say the recovery mode of the switch? like holding the power button etc...?

I tried that but when my switch is power off only way to power on back is using "tegra" like with "hakate"

Did you use Incognito 2.0 that is built into Tinfoil by chance? if so, it is backed up in your nand and can be restored. Otherwise you are SOL unless you can find a backup.
