Losing weight/fat

so i finally got my bike this morning, my dad found s good deal in the local bargain pages and we picked up the bike from an old man, so I went to get vegetables for my mum right now and OMG i'm sweating and panting like a dog

this didnt happen before and i didnt even ride that far

- exercise daily
- eat half of your normal portions (!!!)
- eat only 3 meals a day
- instead of soda drink water
- eat an apple before you go to bed
- drink a glass of lukewarm water before you go to bed
- have a strong will, you either want to lose weight or you don't
- have a strong will, nobody will do the work for you

the problem i see with most fat people is the discipline, you can't lose weight if you get weak all the time.
the first couple of times exercising will make you sweat like crazy and you will be in pain. keep doing it and soon you will be able to do so much things without panting like a zoophile in a pet shop.

just to let you know i'm still going, i think

AND today i went town and i really wanted to buy a shirt but i was too fat to fit into it, so that's motivating me

you should actually buy the shirt it will motivate you even more if you have clothes that dont fit you already in your closet it gives you a goal that you can see everyday =)
 
It's the best motivation. I'm going to be vain here but I did it to look good, yeah and get fit too. You WANT to look good.
