Hardware loose cables inside pc

I'm a complete noob when it comes to pc building, and I've just added a extra HDD to my pc. But to do so, I had to remove the floppy drive (which I don't use anyway.) This left me with an empty space, and 2 cables that I don't use. Is this bad and do I need to take them out, or can I just leave them?
The problem is, 1 of them is the power cable which goes from plug to plug, so it powers the primary HDD, the secundary and the floppy drive, which isn't there anymore.

It's fine. And don't worry about the multi plug cables, just use them however you need to.
