Hello! I'm saving up for a Nintendo Switch that I plan on modding to use homebrew as well as backup loaders and I have a few questions.
1) Would it be better to just get a exploitable Switch or get a non-exploitable Switch for when an exploit gets released later? I don't mind waiting for an exploit or a modchip to be released, but at the same time, I don't want to get a Nintendo Switch and not be able to do the things I want to do with it. (Install Android, backup my cartridges). I know that there were gonna be Switch Lite/Patched Switch modchips released by Team Xecuter but unfortunately those were delayed. Would I be able to do all the things I want to do with a modchipped switch as opposed to a exploitable Switch.
2) What's a decently sized MicroSD card? I don't want to put all of my games on my Switch at once, I'd rather only have games I am actively playing. Maybe 4 or 5 games at the maximum but I also want to install Android and run emulators mobile apps that way.
3) What method would require the least amount of work every time I boot my device? I'd prefer if I didn't have to plug in a USB dongle every time I want to turn my system on, if possible. What'd be the most idiot-proof way to ensure I don't get accidentally get banned?
I would like to be able to get a modded Switch as soon as possible so any feedback you can leave would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
