ROM Hack Looking for someone to rip a model

Hey, I'm looking for someone who can rip a model from Super Street Fighter IV 3d edition for me.

I want the classic Chun-li model with textures so I can attempt to import it into smash 3ds.

Yes, Capcom 3ds .arc format, the issue is that when I found an extractor for capcom 3ds games(built for Monster Hunter) it will extract the files but with no file extensions. (I.E. .tex, .obj., .dae, ect...)
