So how do i get past the initial title opening screen in simpsons hit and run?

I'm using cfg loader with nintendont version build from 17 April 2015.

It just gets stuck on the title screen... Do I need to use a cache file... if so... how do i use it? or is it just some settings?

You don't need a cache file anymore. The game works fine for me. You may verify if your iso is a good dump.
