Hacking Looking for schematics

I am looking for schematics for the ds ram expansion pack and an sd slot. If either of those are possible, might i get a copy. I have a ds hardware expansion idea, and a homebrew to go along with it, but need those schematics to get the hardware to work.

EDIT: should have pointed out that the schematics for the sd slot is for slot 2 also... like a flash card type thing with an sd slot.
