Hey guys, im setting out to create a Shop channel that doesnt cost wii points

Thanks, it shouldnt be very hard i mean there already is something similar to this , i m gonna be going camping tonight until tuesday so i dont really have time to start it this weekend

im gunna take a look at how the homebrew browser takes care of this task and change the source to suit my needs on this project

So it will basically be a nice-looking WAD Manager that gets its WADs from the Internet and they will all be VC and WiiWare? That would be really cool. You can code it?

it will have everything u can get in the wii shop channel available

it will download them from our content server to your SD card and auto install them soon as they finish downloading.

I have a MediaFire shared folder that I can PM you. It is always updated with the latest VC and WiiWare wads. Do you want me to? It's not mine.

interesting plan but IMHO a bad idea. I mean yeah would be great to have it and be able to do that but it's really quite a big legality problem.

Can someone please explain what the difference between someone downloading a wad or iso on a torrent or site then installing it on the wii or just downloading straight to the wii.

How is one more illegal then the other. They are both the same thing. So i dont see how someone can argue and say whoaa you are way out of line that is just way more illegal. I'm down for downloading illegal things on my computer, but thats like double illegal if i do it on my wii.

Hey dude. I just finished the graphics for a Wad Manager GX(a project me and giantpune embarked on together). I would be stoked to do some graphics for the Pirate Shop Channel. I also just learned how to make custom channels as well so I can definitely help you out.
