By the way, I know you are new, but you should check out some of our rules. We cannot give you a direct link to a ROM, seeing as that is illegal. We can only link you to a patch, that you must apply to a ROM of Pokemon Platinum. Now, where you get that ROM is up to you. I would suggest dumping it from your retail version of Pokemon Platinum. As that is not illegal!
