i am wondering if i can get the Pokemon: Look Upon The Stars theme from someone? (its JP only atm)

Assuming that's an official theme?
3dsthem.es doesn't have official themes, but the chaos site has packs with all official themes in Themely/CHMM2 format.

3dsthem.es had the original pokemon yellow theme on it. i think it got removed already
