Well crap... I wish I had been there to grab it before it got pulled out. Stupid moralfags and their licenses. Riivolution didn't get any shit for not releasing source and yet this does? bleh.

Well the Riivolution guys developed the app themself (so they can do whatever they want with it no matter if you don´t like it) this is just taking other peoples source (change it a bit) and don´t release the source (as it should be) and it´s not only a licensing issue it´s about respect to the original devlopers too. Actually i don´t see any reason why he didn´t just released the source.
Was it such a big problem !? I don´t think so.

Perhaps he wanted to clean it a bit before releasing it? These things are Open Source for a reason: So it can be modified by anyone. Those GPL licenses can be real retarded. He even admitted it's only SNEEK with stuff changed. I don't see how that was such a big deal.

Just my two cents.
