ROM Hack looking for help on decompressing .zzz file type

i have came across a file in a lifesign jp rom which is .zzz compressed which i want to find a way decompress it. i search and search on the internet, but could not find anything to help me. lucky i found one of the file in the rom which is decompressed from a very old site. can anybody who know about decompression help me on this, compare both file and tell me how to decompress it.
