ROM Hack looking for crystal vc codes for luma

Hello,
Made an account to hopefully find assistance for adding codes for Pokemon Crystal VC [usa] on the 3ds. I have Luma.

Rosalina's list does not include some codes I would like to have.

I'm looking for:
Modify 1st slot pkmn to shiny
Max DVs slot 1
infect 1st slot with pokerus
hatch egg instantly

and if possible, any codes for static pokemon to be shiny, such as pokemon bought at the game corner. does anyone know where i could find these?
