Android Looking for an app which can stream music over WLAN?

Hey guys, I'm after an app which I can stream music that's on my SD card to my computer, preferably over my WLAN. Is there such a thing?

My phone is unrooted but I'm willing to root it, if need be.

I can stream any type of media with the skifta app. Its free on the android market and it also turns your phone into a media server. You don't have root your phone.
