Im looking for ALL the legendary Pokemon:

Arctus, Zaptos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew
Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Celebi
Regirock, Regice, Registeel
Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf
Groundon, Kyogrem Rayquaza
Dialga, Palkia, Giratina
Thundurus, Zekrom

The most important ones to me right now are Raikou, Entei, Suicune and Celebi.

Since i dont really have anything to give back, I really really hope someone would be so nice to give me some cheated ones for free

It doesnt really have to be anything special, well a nice nature would be nice but its not necessary to me.

theres a way to transfer pokemon to a legit cart..not sure exactly how, something to to with gts, worth a search though, then you can build them yourself how you want.
