ok so pretty much im loking for a PROGRAM (not google translate) that will recite words that i type to it... similar to write out loud, except i cant a cracked or free one... any available?

I don't know if you're saying you won't pirate a cracked program, or can't crack one, but Dragon Naturally Speaking is what my brother was given for his school work. I know it will translate audible words into text, and it may have text reading ability as well. But you should definitely reasearch a little bit of it, because I'm not completely sure.
I think you can also download different voices for the narrator included with Windows 7.
