Hardware Looking for a hdmi cable with audio splitter

Hello,

i‘m looking for a hdmi with a audio splitter on it. Why? The headphone jack on my monitor is broken and I was thinking about a cable with a audio splitter to connect it on my external speaker. I only found some adapters but in the past where I didn‘t need it, there was a cable with a audio splitter on it. Can someone help me?

I have a HDMI audio splitter.
I'm not using it anymore, could trade it for something if you'd want to.

Although if you're looking for a cable that might be trickier... The splitter itself would be a fairly big box secured to the cable.
