You can get the games here : http://www.projectaon.org/staff/frederic/index.php

(please don't host the ROMs on your site but use this link instead, as required by the Project Aon license! Thanks!)

If you encounter a problem or a bug, please tell me your DS and linker model and I'll try to investigate. Thank you for your feedback!

Anyway, spread the word and have fun!

Those two sentences don't make sense when put together.
Anyways, LoneWolfDS is a port of a series of game books known as the LoneWolf series. Just by looking at the homepage even explains what it is.

I said that when i saw it first time (when 2nd book was published) and been fan since!

Great graphics, great music, great interface, and of course great story.

Its the best homebrew game I ever played (and i played a lot of them)

Frédéric, thanks for porting books to NDS, you made great job!

Many thanks to the project Aion team for this great work! I enjoy the Lone wolf project for a time now and I regard it as one of the best homebrew apps out there!

Hi,

Well, as far as I remember, it was working on Wood R4, but I'm not absolutely sure (I own a cycloDS, but a user reported positive results) . When you save, the game should create an XML file at the root of your SD card, called "Flight From The Dark.xml" (for the first book). If it's not the case, well, there may be a compatibility issue?

Cheers
Frédéric

Hi!

Well, I'm currently focused on the iPhone version of Lone Wolf, which should be released very soon now
wink.gif

I hope you'll enjoy it as much as the DS version

Take care!

Thank Dominator for the proposal, but the project is now 95% done, so it should be all right

I still don't have an official release date, but I'll post in this thread to keep you informed

I think at this point it's save to say the project is indeed dead. It's a shame because Lonewolf DS is really great. The iOS version doesn't seem to ever have seen the light of day it seems. Rest in piece Lonewolf.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
You should update the 360 to newest dash before RGHing it yes. But not a big deal if you don't, you can install new dash/avatar updates after. It's just easier to do it auto online before, instead manual offline after.

@BigOnYa I wanted to ask you about your experience with seeing south park. Most of the people a bit younger like my younger brother and cousins that are a few younger than me that saw kids found south park funny because of the curse words, kids at school, that seemed like liking the show on a very basic level.

I could not quite have a in depth discussion of the show.

How was it for you? As an adult. What did you find the most interesting part about it. Did you relate to the parents of the kids and their situations. Was it satires, the commentary on society. The references on celebrities' and pop culture.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I remember seeing the very first episode back in the day, and have watched every episode since. I used to set my VCR to record them even, shows how long ago.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I just like any comedies really, and cartoons have always been a favorite of mine. Family guy, American Dad, Futurama, Cleveland Show, Simpsons - I like them all.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
South Park is great cause they always touch on relavent issues going on today, and make something funny out of it.
    +3
  • S @ salazarcosplay:
@BigOnYa were you always up to date on the current events and issues of the time or were there issues that you first found out thru south park
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Most of the time yea I knew, I watch and read the news regularly, but sometimes the Hollywood BS stuff, like concerning actors slip by me. I don't follow most Hollywood BS (example: the Kardasians)
    +2
  • S @ salazarcosplay:
@BigOnYa there were relevant issues before south park was made, that's why i think a south park prequel/spinoff would be great. Randy and his friends in their child hood

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea, like them running in high school together, getting into stuff, and how they got hitched and had kids. And how the town of South Park was back then compared to now. That would be cool to see.
