If i try to log on to my computer normally it comes up with this message on a blue screen:

The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of 0x00000402 (0x000000000 0x000000000). The system has been shut
down.

I am currently on Safe Mode so i can access most things, but I want to be able to log on normally. Can someone help me?

FIRST AND FOREMOST BACKUP IMPORTANT STUFF

When you get a BSOD but are still able to use your computer in safe mode you should take the opportunity to immediately backup anything important.

Did a quick google search for you, turned up this:

Since you can get into safe mode you should be able to do this from control panel.

You can find all those updates in the "Add/Remove Programs" Option in Control Panel. If you can't see the updates then look for a checkbox which will show them.

Just try removing the updates:

KB893066
KB890923
KB890859
KB893086

NOTE: I found this information on another website, and I've just adapted it for you since you can access control panel, the original instructions were for the recovery console, which you might have found difficult.

Hope that Helps
