Its possible? Sometimes i need to update files and i dont have any computer or an internet connection

3ds auto-disconnect WLAN without an internet connection

I wish i could send files from an android thetering app

if you have an android. Just download any ftp file browser on the play store, and on your 3ds, use ftpbrony. Connect your 3ds to your android hotspot. That should do it. I think...
