Homebrew Loadmii Freezes

I've tried running loadmii through HBC and through the new BannerBomb, and when it starts loading and gets to the main screen, it just freezes. Doesn't show any of the files I have on the SD card, and none of the buttons work. Other applications I've tried loading both ways and they don't freeze. I don't understand why only Loadmii doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

What was the problem? I would have guessed it's some usb hardware.
