Hacking Loading Menu hang

So i bought a new dstt today and it keeps getting stuck at the loading screen.(menu loading not game loading). But when i put my micro sd card in my friends dstt, it loads perfectly fine. Some help please on how to fix this. Or if you can direct me to a link for help that works too.

I am getting the same kind of problem i have to keep turning my ds on and off about 3/4 times just to get my ttds to boot up and i only got it yesterday lol

Ok nvm guys. I went back to the store and brought it back. I was gonna exchange it for another one but i decided to test all teh dstt's he had lol and every single one of them was broken. It either didnt load up or didnt make contact and didnt even read the card. Also there was about 6 guys in front of me lol bringing them back. Got a full refund and bought an R4. R4 works perfectly
