Hacking Little King's Story PAL black screen on NTSC.

I used the brick blocker application to silence the required update on the PAL game. Now it will at least attempt to load, but right after clicking start, a black screen appears.

I am using an original WiiKey on a 3.2 Wii system. In the WiiKey setup, the auto detect rgn option is set to on.

It kinda sounds like I'm missing a required IOS, but I don't know which one or where I would find it. I assumed that installing a PAL IOS would brick my NTSC console.

It's because it doesn't have an NTSC video mode so it can't display anything.
