Hacking little help needed

i followed everything but apps like fbi, hb.. etc are not showing on home menu after injecting fbi..

i went to troubleshooting

New 3DS USA: 20021300
i didnt navigate to content and i created a file and asked me to unlock it and i clicked ok but after that 20021300 disappeared.. how can i recover it back?

After you inject FBI you are supposed to use it to install FBI and HBL as cia files.

nothing gets added on home menu after injecting.. i put the cia files in "cias" folder.. still nothing on home menu

those are in side the cias folder

but i still dont get anything after injecting fbi

your hs app is now fbi

after injecting FBI you need to launch it using the health and safety icon, from there you can install the cia files.
