Linux / Ubuntu - Creating fake packages and GP4 files

Hey there. I just found tools in exe Windows format to create ds4 files or fake-packages. Is there any toolset like the PS4-Fake-PKG-Tools-3.87, possible to run with a linux based system?

EDIT:
I try to run the exe files with wine but was not (in quick-mode ) able to run them.
