Hacking Link for download Android V10 in dead?

Hi guys. I just saw that I can no longer download Android V10 Applet & TV from the official links. Are the links dead or is there some other problem? If the link is dead is there a fallback link to download the files? If so, it would be nice to give me the links please. Here is the error obtained while trying to download the files (a classic dead link error).

PS:
I am Belgian so my browser is in French. For the translation of the error in English, it gives this: This site is inaccessible download.switchroot.org took too long to respond.
Here are a few tips :

Check connection
Check proxy and firewall
Run Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Can you try from a proxy/VPN or a different device/connection (e.g. mobile)?

Hi tech3475. I am not at home with my PC so I will not be able to test again and no I only have an Interrnet box at home, no more. I will test when I can with a VPN or with my phone. I am contacting you again this evening to tell you if I can connect with my phone. In 3 days I will be able to tell if with a VPN it works on the PC. What is astonishing is that with my box from Voo (for those who know) I have never except today had problems to download from the official links, Android V10.

Hi guys. Sorry I haven't heard back for a while. On my PC with a VPN or other internet connection (because I use the same PC but not at home) it works fine. It also works well on the phone. Monday at noon I'm back home with the same PC and I will know if it works again or not to download Android 10 on this PC.
