Hardware Line in Audio issue

hello i wanted to stream my vita to my friend on discord but i can't seem to get the line in adapter + the aux cord to ouput audio, my laptop doesn't support line in it only has a headphone jack hence why i need the adapter, using OBS i was told that i needed to set the audio on the psvita to "Waveout" and for input audio capture set it to "monitor and output" yet neither works, any suggestions? I'll provide links to the adapter and aux cord i have.

I should also mention that when using the line in adapter it makes the the audio screech and echo
