I only got past Chapter 1 of this game. Honestly, people can say what they want, but I thought this was a HORRIBLE game. It's the weaboo version of UTK.
Actually, there maybe, because there are different endings. I like the game personally because of the storyline, making it like a visual novel.
I think that the player would feel more like a doctor playing Trauma Center : Under the Knife as you perform repeating operations and the difficulty, while in Lifesigns, you usually operate on the people you know and those around you, not very professional eh?
This game is entertaining so far (I'm on the 4th chapter) but the translation team didn't do a great job. Lots of stuff sure to alienate people who don't watch anime or don't know Japanese. The translators also decided to use a fixed width font instead of a variable width font which would have made the text look a lot better. There are some typos, but that's not uncommon for DS games. There are also places where they messed up with control codes:
