Please share some really nice Lifehacks here!

Im not sure if this even counts, but its soooo good.

Mix Nutella and Cream Cheese 50/50 and eat on fresh bread or rolls etc

its so insanely good. Its nutty and chocolatey and milky.

I absolute love it!

I used to make my kids Nutella toasties but chocolate and cheese? Wow... Not two things i would've put together but I'll get my kids to try it 🤣👍

Got a lot of non-universal cables and accessories for various hardware piled up somewhere? Take 30 minutes or so of your time and organise them in resealable ("ziploc") bags, it will save you a lot of time in the long run.

Additionally, things like universal video and charging cables can benefit from a separate bag, which is a good opportunity to test all your USB cables to separate (or discard) cables without data pins!

cream cheese is super neutral, just kinda nice and creamy and milky, so when you mix the nutella in there its a perfect fit.
Just like milk-chocolate being a mix of milk solids and cocoa being a lot tastier for most people than dark-chocolate, you know?

i should really do that, i have way too many cables and theyre all tangled... 😓
Post automatically merged:

Nobody tell him how chocolate cheesecake is made
yep, exactly!
i mean, there are cheeses that are better for savoury things like gouda, camembert etc. but there are also ones like cream cheese and mascarpone which are brilliant for making sweet treats!

EDIT: breaded and fried camembert DOES go super well with cranberry sauce!

EDITEDIT: OMG!... Mascarpone and nutella tiramisu 🤤🤤🤤🤤

i'll add that i've started labeling them with one of those fold-around tags for cables. i sometimes dig up cables from somewhere that i haven't seen in years and it's basically e-waste at that point. now i always know.
A bonus is that you'll always have the right volt/amps if you have two seemingly identical cable types

always make sure to save any really good Mini USB cables. the good ones have become harder to come by and a lot of retro systems need those to charge their controllers

EDIT: WOOOOT! my 777th post!
Triple 7s Baby! JACKPOT!!!~<3

awesome. finding good and reliable hdmi, displayport, usb cables etc can be a chore on amazon.

especially when it comes to higher-end stuff like 8k/4k high refresh rate hdmi/displayport or 10gbs usb C etc etc

some usb cables barely carry 60% of the advertised current 🙄🙄🙄

yeah, i feel ya. for non-charging cables like input and diplay i always get the more expensive. never skimp because you'll regret it.

for reliable expensive ones i use megekko in the netherlands, i don't know how bad the shipping costs are in germany tho.

inside the EU? usually not too bad actually!
back during the great switch lite drought i bought one from france, shipping was free even!

wow that's very nice, well i'd keep that in mind since amazon is basically the black market at this point.

A bit of a random one, but any electronics certified by FCC will have some publicly viewable documents that can help with diagnosing issues, such as identifying issue-prone chips or other components without having to open the device. It might also help find the producer from the top of the supply chain in the case of white label electronics.

All of this is great and all unless you have nothing to go by but a generic model name like "A1". Sometimes even unique model names won't net any results for whatever reason. It pretty much entirely depends on luck.

Edit: Well here you go, this probably doesn't qualify as a life hack in the slightest. Indeed, I have no life!
