Hacking LF Someone to hardmod N3DS

Not 100% sure if this is allowed, I was doing some searching online I was able to find some EU sites that do this. But nothing local.

Is there anyone who is "trusted" whom I can pay to hardmod my new N3DS. ("if you look at my post history you can see it's bricked like a bag of rocks.").

Preferable located either in Canada, or USA.

Willing to pay pretty much for everything.
