Well they most likely won't since they don't really want to get their hands dirty with anything nintendo like dipping the stuff in acid.. And they have updated rx to an extent besides gui crap.

In all reality the only difference I see from the original rxTools and current is a buggy region-free lmao

I'd donate a little bit for this project, I do like the sound of a 3DS bootrom alot.

I'm not gonna lie, we still have to publicly find someone everyone can agree on, We'd just need the money to buy the materials which I'm gonna see how much it'd all be. I'll make a progress bar and keep it updated on this, and lastly rxtools has nothing to do with this thread, I know I brought it up as more of a "work" reference, but that was just to show that I do help and know a little about all of this stuff.
