I picked up my used Lego Batman today for $17.99

I didn't give a damn that I could have gotten it cheaper online and be brand new. I needed it like NOW.

I'm glad to have it though. SSBB used around here is $45. Brand new it's $50. WTF?

That's not too big of a surprise. Melee was still around $30 well after Brawl's release. And it came out shortly after the launch of the Gamecube! (I don't think it was a launch title, but was released within a month or two)

Why most of the exploits are found in LEGO games,I hate LEGOs

You guys are barely better than the Homebreware and Wiiunlocker asshats for stockpiling this. Think about it. There have been 2 posts confirming the hack works in this thread -- and about 30 posts of people gloating on how they banked on this -- a few were even before anyone here even confirmed it was valid. Everyone who bought Hannah Montana and got screwed deserved every bit of it for engaging in the exact same behaviour.

i bought ONE copy of hannah montana and got screwed, not all of us that bought it before the exploit was released were tring to make a quick earn, some of us just didnt wanna get extorted by the cock suckers,
so i dont think i deserved evey bit of it and neither did many others

No, again I'm talking about the ones who stockpiled multiple copies and gloated about how they were going to the bank on it. Why would I get pissed at someone just trying to mod their own Wii, 4.3 or otherwise?

You said everyone who bought deserved to get screwed. You did not say "everyone who bought it to sell on".

Worked like a charm!
I got to keep the game from the person I helped modding his red 4.3 E Wii!

In that case, caveat emptor. Although it wasn't the point my original gripe, anyone should have at least had sense to check if the exploit was confirmed before buying it. To do otherwise is naive (at best) and greedy (at worst).

I almost felt sorry for the few who were just trying to mod their Wii, but come on...common sense guys, buying some shitty game based on speculation that it -might- get 'sploited? You're taking a risk, and you have to accept the outcome regardless of whether you like it. My frustration was mainly directed at the guys trying to turn a profit (see the chatlog -- this is exactly the response Pune inc. were trying to get) but I really don't feel sorry for fools rushing in.

Perhaps I'm flip-flopping a bit. A man's entitled to change his opinion over time.
