Following this discussione make me confuse becouse i read ten different bell here. So i simply say this: if this was actualy real would be really nice...even if can be redont if the user intrested on this have already Emunand or the recent downgrade method. Look the simple problem is this, your "example" used games that are already available as legit CIA files......so you demonstrated nothing except you know how to use FBI, and most people who have something to share would just share it, not add some pointlessly arbitrary "likes" requirement

Plus if you could actually sign CIA files you would be a lot more useful for signing actual system firmware files so then people could downgrade with only arm11 kernel access in future
