Hacking Legit 3.4 wad/backup install?

I was wondering if this seemed like a legit way to get WAD installed onto the wii, I found it while browsing Google

I already have CIOS36_rev5-64-v1042 installed, i will uninstall it and follow through to the tutorial, but my question is if there is any greater chance to brick my wii with the ISO16 install??

Installing IOS16 is pretty safe but... if you are looking for an easier to follow guide than the one you linked, check my sig

I know the guy and his guide is pretty good.

thanks for the quick reply, I have another question. If i followed: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/706332

and it failed to install DVDx (error -2011), will I still be able to play my backed up games?
