Hacking Lazarus3ds help

I am trying to unbrick my new 3ds through lazarus3ds and gm9, but it gives me an error saying "SHA check failed on ctrnand file" any help would be great

Have you tried thru Godmode9 and Decrypt9 first?

Have you tried CTRTransfer via Godmode9 or Decrypt9 first, before doing lazarus?

yeah, but it cant find the destination folder because nearly all the sysnand folders on the root are missing except for the sysnand virtual, but thats empty

So to summarize it, neither CTRTransfer via GM9 nor via Decrypt9 worked for you. Correct?
If you have pretty much clean NAND (nothing there) even Lazarus3DS might not work.

yeah, neither of them worked, so thats why im trying lazarus before i try hard modding
