Hacking LayeredFS not working

So I recently updated my switch to the latest update, installed the latest atmosphere and sigpatches, but now all the mods I have installed no longer work.
They do show up in the simple mod manager and install using that tool, but they still don’t function.
Am I missing anything?

Are you put the mod in atmosphere\titles? If so, you should move them to atmosphere\contents.

Usually the mods have to be updated with the firmware.
