Homebrew Launching RxTools thru browser doesn't work anymore?

I got a o3ds on 9.2 using Menuhax, but rxTools doesnt work anymore. Whenever I enter the web browser it says: ''Forbidden'' and some other bullshit under it. How to fix this? Or did Nintendo block rxTools on the browser?

Just launch it through homebrew menu or ctrboot manager, say easier and does not require internet

You need to use this site now https://3ds.reboot.ms/ and rxTools will load

Sometimes I cant load ctrbootmanager and rxTools using menuhax, so I will go to the browser and it will succesfully load and menuhax also runs again. Weird that always worked for me.
