I was just reading this news today and I was like "What are you doing Nintendo? Giving us more opportunity to buy a hackable Switch this Christmas?". Maybe they are really that crazy/naive. Check this screenshot out from Gamespot (attached).

look alike old model bundle but it will have new switch in it and old switch box is white and new switch box is red . i think you miss reading it beacuase it say new switch in it

Looks like it's the old model (without the upgraded battery). I mean, yes we still need to check the serial number of every box, but it's great that it's not the new model. I see a good chance to find a hackable unit on those.
