Latest Topics Not Showing In User Submitted News

When I click on "NEWS" in the latest discussion on the front page, it says "New App From Waninkoko" is the latest thread when there have been 10 threads submitted since.

Shows up fine in the forum itself.

No.

And my problem is the same like Hadrian's, only "New App From Waninkoko" comes up.

No doesn't even do that. It has (for me anyway) always shown the newest thread created, not the one with the newest post.
