No, it is not, and it might never be hackable. If you want a Switch that is hackable, it is recommended you get an older model that is vulnerable to the RCM exploit (fusee gelee). Alternatively, RCM-patched systems (not Mariko) on 4.1.0 are hackable.
TX and their SX OS allegedly have a solution for Mariko, but it might not be available for a long time, and it apparently requires soldering.
whats special being on 8.0.1? is there new exploit coming for 8.0.1?If it’s on 8.0.1 keep it there and you’ll eventually get software hax, CFW with emummc and all that fun stuff is theoretically possible with said exploit.
If it’s on 7.0.1 you can upgrade to 8.0.1 with certain carts (Fire Emblem, Pokemon, and Luigi’s Mansion 3 are some that come to mind), the exploit won’t work on 7.0.x.
If it’s on 8.1.0 or above you’re fucked.
SciresM has stated that there’s something for 8.0.x, and only 8.0.x. From what he’s said it sounds like it might literally be nvhax 2whats special being on 8.0.1? is there new exploit coming for 8.0.1?
